Update or cancel a subscription

If you've purchased one of our "Subscription" plans, you can manage them from your personal account page on our official website:

https://www.salonbookingsystem.com/checkout/purchase-history/

From the " Subscription" tab you can check your subscription status.

Cancel a subscription

To cancel your subscription, just click on " Cancel" under the "Action" section of the "Subscription" tab.

Note: No refund will be issued for subscription renewals already processed.

Transfer your license to another person

If you only need to change the persons to be charged for the subscription renewal, just click on "Transfer" link next to your license or subscription and follow the instructions.

In case of successfully transfer, you'll get a 50% discount coupon to be used on your next purchase and 20€ as affiliate commission.
