Booking statuses and work flows

- If no online payments are enabled at the end of the booking process a reservation will have “CONFIRMED” as status

- If online payments are enabled at the end of the booking process a reservation will have a “PAYMENT PENDING” status

- As soon as the customer complete the payment step the reservation will have a “PAID” status

- If online payments option is enabled and also the “PAY LATER” option is enabled too, then at the end of the booking process if the customer opts out for “PAY LATER” option then the reservation will have a “PAY LATER” as a status


- If the “Manual booking confirmation” option is enabled, at the end of the booking process the reservation will have “PENDING” as status. As soon as the salon administrator “approve” or “reject” the incoming pending reservation then the reservation will have a “CONFIRMED” or “CANCELLED” as status according to the decision of the salon administrator.

- A reservation could have a “CANCELLED” as a status as a consequence of the cancellation from the salon administrator or for the decision of a customer ( only in the case that “Booking cancellation” option is enabled )
