Request online payment when “Manual booking confirmation” is enabled
Since Salon Booking System ( 3.6 ) are able to request online payments even if you have enabled the “Manual booking confirmation” option.
- Manual booking confirmation option
- Online payments option enabled
- A payment method set
Steps to follow:
When you receive a new reservation that has a “Pending” status you need to change its status to “Payment pending”.
This way the customer will receive an email with the payment request.
The customer will follow the payment steps and then reservation will get a “Paid” status.
