Time and date format

These set of options allows you to decide:

• your favorite date and time format 
• which day to be used as first day of the week inside the date picker on booking form and the back-end calendar
• the default view ( day, week, month, year ) of the back-end calendar
• if you want to display the time slots using the customer's time-zone ( useful when you have international customers )
